How do I play on iPhone or iPad?
Drag anywhere on the left half of the screen to move, pull down to crouch and flick up to jump. The buttons on the right hit, launch, jump, dash, block and fire the Ink Storm, which turns red when the ink bar is full. Block right before a hit lands to parry it. How do I play on a Mac?
A D move, W or Space jumps (again in the air to flip), J strikes, K launches, S + K sweeps, Shift dashes, L blocks and U fires the Ink Storm. Esc pauses and M changes the commentary.
Can I use a controller?
Yes. Connect any controller that works with your iPhone, iPad or Mac. The face buttons attack, jump and dash, the bumpers block and the triggers fire the Ink Storm.
Can I turn off the swearing?
Tap the commentary button on the title or pause screen (or press M on a Mac) to switch between full, no swearing, big moments only and off. Captions show every line, so the jokes still land with the sound off.
Why is there no sound?
KUMITE follows your iPhone's silent switch. Flip it to ring, turn the volume up, and check the commentary setting isn't on off.
Where are the leaderboards?
Sign in to Game Center in Settings, then tap leaderboards on the title screen. Your best run and your achievements are saved on your device too, and reach Game Center the next time you are signed in.
I bought it on my iPhone. Do I pay again on my Mac?
No. One purchase covers iPhone, iPad and Mac with the same Apple Account.
